For 12+ years, we served those who serve the cause of education

Skehan Communications has provided the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans with expert video production services. This is an organization built by and of powerful and influential people. They have one goal in mind: providing higher education for the most deserving, yet under-served, of our youth. Every year, the Association hosts a cadre of young scholars on a spectacular trip to Washington DC. They interact with and are mentored by some of the brightest and most successful people in the Americas. It has been our pleasure to help document the events of these trips over the years. We started out supplying a simple switcher package for a modest auditorium event, and ended up shooting four of the highlighted scholars' events every year, including the annual Awards & Induction Dinner, held at DAR Constitution Hall. For many years, this was the highlight of our annual schedule, and remains a cherished feather in our cap.
